The breakfast and lunch options were delicious and diverse. The luxury rooms had balconies and private corridors. Prompt room service was provided for food orders. The beds were comfortable. The hotel offered a great play area for kids and entertaining activities like magic shows. The place was clean and visually appealing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very hospitable, and the hotel had excellent facilities. They had a variety of indoor games like billiards, foosball, and table tennis, which were ideal for families with kids. The swings in the excellent condition playground were a hit with the children. We also enjoyed the activities scheduled during the day, such as movie shows and magic shows. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a lot of variety for breakfast and lunch. The hotel's location in Saj on the mountains provided a beautiful view.

From the front office to housekeeping to hospitality, everyone was always ready to help with a smile. The service was top-notch and the staff members were courteous and cheerful. We also enjoyed the amenities provided in the room, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay in this resort nestled in the mountains. The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of nature all around. We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant area, surrounded by lush gardens. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit our taste. The resort also had great facilities like a swimming pool and spa, adding to our overall experience.

It would have been better if there were more dining options available outside the restaurant area.

I had an amazing time during my recent mountain getaway. The resort had the most comfortable rooms with all modern facilities including a tea and coffee maker. The food was a gastronomical delight with a great variety of vegetarian cuisines and outstanding staff service. Additionally, the recreational room was great for indoor activities and the spa services were top-notch.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The resort needs some renovations and the housekeeping service could have been better.
